1. How many people can the apartments accommodate?
Each of the two apartments can accommodate up to 6 people + 1 baby. Each apartment offers all the necessary comforts:
- 1 queen-size double bed
- 2 single beds
- 1 sofa bed for 2 people
- 1 travel cot with mattress for babies available free of charge
In total, our two Les Rives du Château apartments in Saverne can accommodate up to 12 people and 2 babies.
2. Are sheets and towels provided?
Yes, the beds are made upon your arrival, except for the sofa bed, for which you will be given a bedding kit.
One bath towel and one hand towel per person are included, as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel.
A fitted sheet is included for the travel cot. You will need to bring the rest of the baby bedding yourself.
3. Are the flats suitable for families?
Yes, absolutely. Families currently make up a large proportion of our guests.
We provide the following free of charge:
- A travel cot with mattress
- A high chair or booster seat
- Games and books for children
- A step stool
- Two adult bicycles, one small children's bicycle and two scooters
- Television with Amazon Prime

4. Can you work remotely in the apartments?
Yes, they are an excellent choice for business trips.
The two Rives du Château apartments are ideal for teleworking:

- Equipment for 1 to 2 quiet offices, depending on the apartment
- Nespresso capsule coffee machine and kettle
A space that can be adapted for meetings or co-working in Saverne with: a large table, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle.

Each flat includes:

- a secure garage on the ground floor of the accommodation can accommodate your bicycles, motorbikes and pushchairs
7. Does the accommodation accept pets?
Yes, pets are accepted on request at a rate of €8 per day.

8. How does check-in work?
Check-in is from 4pm. You can choose between:
- a personalised welcome on request or
- self-check-in using a secure key box, at a time of your choosing.

9. Is smoking permitted in the accommodation?
No, both flats are non-smoking.
10. Are the flats accessible to people with reduced mobility?
No, due to the staircase leading to the flats on the 1st and 2nd floors, neither of the two properties are suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Due to the somewhat steep staircase, access to the flats is also not recommended for people who have difficulty walking.
